Mr. Amir M. Farzaneh is a highly experienced attorney with 29 years of practice, specializing in immigration law. His academic journey began at the University of Oklahoma in 1984, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Nuclear Medicine in 1988. He continued his education at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, receiving a Master's degree in Radiology in 1990. Later, he pursued his law degree at Oklahoma City University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in December of 1995.
Admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Texas, the Western District of Oklahoma, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court, Mr. Farzaneh has established a distinguished career in immigration law. For the last decade, he has also shared his expertise as an immigration law professor at Oklahoma City University School of Law, shaping the next generation of legal professionals.
Outside of his professional work, he enjoys playing the violin and cherishing time with his wife, children, and dogs.
Sina N. Farzaneh, the son of Mr. Amir M. Farzaneh, graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies, with a minor in Political Science. Sina continued his legal education at Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2022.
After law school, Sina spent a year in Portland, Oregon, working for a prestigious immigration law firm, where he gained invaluable experience and insight into handling complex immigration cases from his mentor Mr. Erick Widman. During this time, he sharpened his skills in client advocacy, case preparation, and navigating the intricacies of immigration law, all of which have been instrumental to his career.
Outside of his professional life, Sina enjoys spending time with his fiancée, his dog, and playing tennis.
Sina is admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).

Sydney is a Legal Assistant at Farzaneh Law Firm. She earned her degree from the University of Oklahoma in December 2024, majoring in Political Science with minors in Spanish and International Studies. She plans to attend law school in the future.
Sydney chose to pursue a career in immigration law because of her deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. In her current role, she supports attorneys by facilitating client communication and providing assistance at each stage of the legal process, under attorney supervision.
She is passionate about her work and dedicated to providing compassionate, detail-oriented support to those striving for a better future.
Ashley is a bilingual legal assistant at Farzaneh Law Firm, where she is committed to guiding clients through the immigration process with care, respect, and dedication. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and plans to attend law school to become an immigration attorney.
As the daughter of immigrants, Ashley is passionate about serving the Spanish-speaking community and advocating for those whose voices are often unheard. She hopes to play a role in changing and improving the U.S. immigration system to make it more fair, compassionate, and accessible for all.
Ashley is proud to be part of the Farzaneh Law team, where she helps make a meaningful difference in the lives of immigrant families every day. Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, crocheting, and playing music. She also loves spending quality time with her two dogs and her family.
Ava is a Legal Assistant at Farzaneh Law Firm, where she supports attorneys with immigration casework and assist with administrative operations. Ava holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Southern Illinois University, graduating in 2024.
During her time in college, she served as Vice President of the Criminal Justice Club and was actively involved in several student organizations. Ava also broadened her global perspective and developed strong cross-cultural communication skills through a study abroad program in Spain.
Joanna is a bilingual receptionist at Farzaneh Law Firm, fluent in both English and Spanish. As the child of immigrants, she brings a personal understanding and deep compassion to the work of helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system.
With a strong commitment to client care and clear communication, Joanna ensures that clients feel heard, informed, and supported every step of the way. She values building trust with clients from diverse backgrounds and takes pride in making legal services more accessible to the Spanish-speaking community.
